October 25, 2017. The State Migration Service of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic held an awareness event on The Gulustan Tomb

On October 25th, 2017, Wednesday, the State Migration Service of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic held an awareness event on The Gulustan Tomb with the participation of foreigners and stateless persons that are settled and work in the Republic.

Elvin Javadov, an official of the State Migration Service of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic opened the event titled  The Gulustan Tomb and spoke about the significance of the event.

Gulnara Sadigova, an official of the Ministry of Culture and Tourism made a speech at the event. “The Gulustan Tomb is an immovable historical and cultural monument of universal importance. Due to its architectural-constructive construction, the monument occupies a special place among the tower-shaped tombs group of Azerbaijan of the Middle Ages. As the other tombs belonged to the Nakhchivan architectural school, the tomb surfaces were decorated with the carving geometric ornaments and were framed with the decorative arches”, said the speaker. It was stated that according to the Order of the Supreme Majlis of Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic dated October 7, 2015, The Gulustan Tomb, an immovable historical and cultural monument of universal importance in Julfa region of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic, had been rebuilt on the historical and scientific background.

The slide on The Gulustan Tomb was demonstrated at the event. Later, the foreigners and stateless persons that are settled in the Republic visited The Gulustan Tomb.
